go to the profile button under the group header, hit that and choose the option avatar on the top right, here you have two options ....
1. choose your own avatar from your pc to apply or 2. choose show gallery and select one from there, there are many to choose from. after you have made your choice hit save and your new avatar will appear in all your new posts from here on.
